The Local Summer Tomatoes have been outstanding!
One of my favorite times of the year is those last few weeks of August and the first few weeks of September when our local Tomatoes are at their peak. Whether it is with a Salad Caprese or a spicy Gazpacho soup the tomatoes at this time of year simply can not be beat.
