One of my favorite times of the year is those last few weeks of August and the first few weeks of September when our local Tomatoes are at their peak. Whether it is with a Salad Caprese or a spicy Gazpacho soup the tomatoes at this time of year simply can not be beat. Spring means Asparagus

Chef Kevin Reid has been wowing his regular Catering clients since Spring began a few weeks back with his Asparagus in Pasta, Grilled Asparagus and Cream of Asparagus Soup recipes.

Also lately his menus have featured A Roast Pork "Lechon" with a Mango Barbeque Sauce.

Chef Reid has been teaching Cooking Classes at Williams Sonoma

Chef Kevin has just recently finished teaching a round of Demonstration Cooking classes at two of Maryland's  Williams Sonoma stores.

He will be returning to the Towson and Annapolis stores for more classes in early April.

His classes in Towson are on Monday evenings at 7:00 p.m.

and on Thursday mornings at 11:00 am.

His classes in Annapolis are on Sunday's at noon.
